The Technology

Self-Cleaning™ Filtration

Every Signature on our Clarksburg, New Jersey showroom floor uses the same Self-Cleaning™ system — standard across the line, from the 379 Gold up to the 799 Platinum. Most hot tubs rely on you. This one doesn’t.

A skimmer pulls floating debris off the surface. Floor jets push settled debris to a central drain. A 100% flow filter captures it. The full water volume cycles every 15 minutes — far faster than the 6-to-8-hour turnover of a typical hot tub. The result is cleaner water, less chemistry, and less time on maintenance.

Zone Therapy™ Seating

Available on the Platinum series and on the Platinum upgrade configurations of 679, 655, and 579. Each seat becomes a different therapy station — move around the tub, hit a different body zone. You aren’t stuck with one jet pattern for the whole session.

Neck & Shoulders

High-placement jets target the trapezius and upper back — where most desk tension lives.

Lower Back

Wider spray pattern at lumbar height for everyday soreness and post-work recovery.

Which Signature models do you have on the showroom floor?
We have four Signature models on display right now — enough to sit in, feel the jets, and compare tiers side-by-side. The rest of the Signature line is available to order, typically with a 4-8 week lead time. Call us or book a visit and we’ll let you know which four are on the floor this week and help you pick if your target model isn’t in the room yet.
What’s the difference between Platinum and Gold?
Jet count, pump count, and standard options. Platinum is the flagship configuration — more jets, two pumps on most models, and wider access to the Ambience / Oasis / Hydroflex upgrade packages. Gold uses the same cabinet, same Self-Cleaning filtration, and same warranty — but with fewer jets and fewer upgrade packages standard. The 679, 655, and 579 can be configured with a Platinum jet upgrade if you want more therapy without stepping up in size.
Is “Self-Cleaning” actually self-cleaning?
As close as a hot tub gets. The system handles skimming, floor debris capture, and full water turnover every 15 minutes — the stuff that takes hours on a standard tub. You still need to manage sanitizer levels and do periodic deep cleans, but day-to-day maintenance drops significantly. Think of it like a self-cleaning oven: you still wipe it down, but you’re not scrubbing every week.
How many people actually fit?
Real-world capacity is usually a seat or two less than the spec sheet. A 379 seats 3-4 comfortably. A 455 handles a family of four. The 728, 779, and 799 will fit the whole dinner party. Come sit in them — showroom test is the only way to know what feels right.
Can I run this year-round in New Jersey?
Yes. Signature tubs are designed for four-season use. The full-foam cabinet insulation and the Everlast cover upgrade are specifically built for cold-weather climates. A lot of our customers report that January is when they use the tub the most — the hotter the water feels against the cold air, the better.
What’s the warranty?
10/5/3 year limited warranty on every Signature model — 10 years on the shell, 5 years on surface, 3 years on components. Full details in the showroom; terms apply.
What about pricing and financing?
