Nine Pavilions, Three Roof Styles, Two Materials
A pavilion is a pergola with a real roof. Berlin Gardens makes nine of them, in three roof silhouettes — A-frame (the classic peaked-roof look), hip (a four-sided slope), and slant (single-slope, contemporary) — and across two finish systems: stained pressure-treated wood, or Cellular PVC over a treated-wood structural core.
The wood lines (Breckenridge, Mesa, Cascade, Hampton, Prairie, Norwood) take stain. Mocha and Cedartone are the standards; Stormcloud Gray and Black Onyx are popular alternates for contemporary projects. The Cellular PVC lines (Wellington, Victoria, Siena) take paint — white is standard, but you can spec any color.
Pavilions ship in standard sizes through 18′×20′ (Victoria) and as large as 16′×20′ in the wood lines. Larger sizes available on request. Optional ceiling sheathing turns the underside into a finished surface; privacy walls and gutter boards extend the structure into a covered outdoor room.
Wellington
The flagship Cellular PVC pavilion. Refined hip-roof silhouette in Berlin Gardens' premium PVC system — pressure-treated structural members wrapped in paintable Cellular PVC that doesn't rot, peel, or crack. White is the standard color; specify any color you want. Optional Azek ceiling sheathing for a finished interior.
Standard Features
- Pressure-treated wood core, Cellular PVC wrap
- Hip-roof silhouette
- Paintable surface — spec any color
- Standard sizes through 18′×18′
- Optional Azek ceiling sheathing

Breckenridge
The wood pavilion with the largest catalog footprint — available from compact 14′×14′ up through 16′×20′ large-format, with optional triple-rafter roofs and exposed-rafter ceilings. The Breckenridge is also the BG model most often configured as a pool house; specify walls and the same frame becomes a fully enclosed structure.
Standard Features
- Stained pressure-treated wood
- A-frame silhouette with optional triple rafters
- Sizes 14′×14′ to 16′×20′+
- Mocha, Cedartone, Stormcloud, Black Onyx, White Pine + paint
- Configurable as pool house with walls package
Options
Mesa
A hip-roof wood pavilion in white pine. Specify a Stormcloud stain for a contemporary read — gray pulls all the warmth out of the wood and pushes the pavilion toward modern. Best when paired with a hardscape patio rather than a lawn install.
Standard Features
- White pine pressure-treated wood
- Hip-roof silhouette
- Stormcloud, Mocha, Cedartone, Black Onyx stain options
- Standard sizes through 16′×20′
- Compact footprint — works on smaller patios
Options
Victoria
The Berlin Gardens front-cover pavilion. Cellular PVC over treated wood, with premier arched beams as the headline detail. Available with classic, exposed-rafter, or media-wall roof variants. Specify white as the canvas; the arched beams do the architectural work.
Standard Features
- Pressure-treated wood core, Cellular PVC wrap
- Premier arched beam option
- Classic, exposed-rafter, or media-wall roof variants
- Paintable in any color
- Standard sizes through 18′×20′
Options
Cascade
An A-frame wood pavilion with the most decorative options in the BG lineup. Premier arches, regular metal roofs, straight beams plus arched braces, multiple privacy-wall pairings — the Cascade is for the build where the pavilion is the design statement. Cedartone wood ceiling on Black Onyx framing is a popular spec.
Standard Features
- Stained pressure-treated wood
- A-frame silhouette
- Optional premier arches and arched braces
- Straight or arched beam variants
- Standard or regular metal roof options
Options
Hampton
The classic A-frame wood pavilion. Stainable in Mocha or any of the standard Berlin Gardens finishes, paint-ready when specified. Optional brown classic-metal roof gives the pavilion a barn-meets-cottage read. Arched braces are a popular upgrade.
Standard Features
- Stained pressure-treated wood
- A-frame silhouette
- Mocha, Cedartone, Stormcloud, Clay paint options
- Optional classic metal roof in brown or black
- Standard sizes through 16′×18′
Options
Siena
A hip-roof Cellular PVC pavilion. Available painted Black for a striking contemporary read, or any other color you want to spec. Cedartone ceiling sheathing balances the dark exterior with a warm interior — a popular configuration for poolside installs.
Standard Features
- Pressure-treated wood core, Cellular PVC wrap
- Hip-roof silhouette
- Paintable in any color (black is a popular choice)
- Optional Cedartone ceiling sheathing
- Standard sizes through 18′×18′
Options
Prairie
The slant-roof wood pavilion. Open eave roof, single-slope silhouette — a contemporary alternative to the hip-roof and A-frame lines. Best when attached to the house, where the slant roof can echo the home's roofline; also works freestanding when paired with a horizontal privacy wall.
Standard Features
- Stained pressure-treated wood
- Slant-roof silhouette
- Open eave roof option
- Mocha, Cedartone, Stormcloud finishes
- Designed for attached or freestanding install
Options
Norwood
An A-frame pavilion in white pine. Lighter-weight wood than the standard treated lumber on other lines — the Norwood reads more cottage and less cabin. Cedartone stain on white pine produces a distinctive, slightly amber color that other BG lines don't hit.
Standard Features
- Pressure-treated white pine
- A-frame silhouette
- Cedartone, Mocha, or natural stain options
- Standard sizes through 14′×16′
- Lighter-weight than the Hampton or Cascade
